Shiba Inu x Austrailian Shepherd in Wetaskiwin, Alberta

It is with a heavy heart that we have decided to find a new home for our dog Riley. He is a 3 yr old Shiba Inu and Austrailian Shepherd mix.We live on an acreage and have been unsuccessful at keeping Riley in our own yard. Unfortunately he wandered into the wrong yard last year and came home limping. When we took him to the vet we discovered he had a bullet lodged in his leg. He's made a great recovery and stayed close to home for a while, but has now started to venture off again, despite our efforts to keep him home. To keep him safe, Riley needs a big backyard with a fence!!!

Riley is a medium sized dog, very gentle and loving. He has the warmest brown eyes, rarely barks and has been raised around young kids. He is great around other animals also. He is a good size for an indoor dog however he needs more house training as most of his time was spent outside due to our toddlers allergies and asthma.
